Questionnaire Survey - Plugin
Questionnaire Survey Form plugin allows users to create their own dynamic forms, add questions as they want and then publish those forms for their end users to answer those questions.
This is helpful when you want to create dynamic form/surveys such as SurveyMoney, Typeform, Jotform etc where user can provide their specific questions and collect answers.
How to Install & Configure the Questionnaire Survey Form Plugin?
We have covered each and every step below:
1. Go to Questionnaire Survey Plugin
Open the plugins page and scroll down to the Questionnaire Survey Plugin. Click the Install button.
2. Install the Plugin
As click on the install button, you will be redirected to the plugin configuration page. So, click the Install Plugin button and it will be added in the installed plugins section on the plugins page.
3. Open Questionnaire Survey Form in Preview/Publish Mode
After successfully installing the plugin, a bundle of pages, events and collections will get added automatically in the builder. So refresh the page and open the Questionnaire Survey Form in preview/publish mode.
Fill the form and click the Submit button.
Submitted response will get saved in the Questionnaire Survey Collection.
4. Add a Data Table
Drop a data table in home page and bind the Questionnaire Survey collection to it.
5. Bind Add Survey Question Page to the Edit Button
Now open the settings of Edit button and bind the Add Survey Question page to it.
6. Open the Home Page in Preview/Publish Mode
Open the home page or the page in which you have added the data table in the preview/publish mode.
7. Fill the Questionnaire Survey Form
As you click on the Edit button, you will land on the Add Survey Question page which contains the Questionnaire Survey form.
Fill the fields and click the Submit button.
All your submitted responses will get saved in the Questionnaire Survey Field collection as shown below:
8. Duplicate the Data Table
Go to the home page and duplicate the data table. Then rename the Edit button as Survey Answer.
9. Bind the Survey Answer Page
Open the settings of the Survey Answer button and bind it to the Survey Answer page.
10. Open the Page in Preview/publish Mode
Now open the page in the preview/publish mode and click on the Survey Answer button.
11. Fill the Form
As click on the Survey Answer button, you will be redirected to the Survey Answer page that contains a form. So fill it and click the submit button.
Open the Questionnaire Survey collection which you had previously bound to the data table. And you will see all data stored in it as shown below:
