Airtable
You can easily transfer all data from Airtable to your web app's database on DrapCode without coding. You just have follow the following steps:
Select the Spreadsheet/Case
#1: Open the Spreadsheet on Airtable
Login to your Airtable account and open the spreadsheet whose data you want to transfer to your DrapCode’s database.

#2: Update Data, If Needed
Make changes to your data if you want. If not then open your web app project on DrapCode Builder.

Create Airtable Data Source
#3: Go to the Builder & Open the Data Source Page
Go to the “Set up” icon on the builder console and click on “Data Source''. You will be redirected to the data source page.

#4: Create a Airtable Data Source
Now, select the Airtable tab and click on the “Create” button.

#5: Fill the Name Field
Name the file/entry and start filling other fields as well one by one.

Generate the API Key
#6: Open the Airtable Account Settings
Now go to your Airtable account and open your account details. Scroll down and click on the “Generate API Key” button.

#7: Copy the Generated Key
As you click the button, an API key will be generated automatically. You just have to copy it.

#8: Paste the Copied Key
Go to the Airtable data source page on the builder console and paste the copied key in the field marked for API Key, as shown below in the image.

Get the Base ID
#9: Open the API Documentation Page
Go back to your Airtable account and open the spreadsheet/case whose data you want to transfer. Then click the “HELP” button in the header. It will open a sidebar. Here, click on “API documentation” under Additional Resources.

#10: Copy the Base ID
Now, copy the ID of the base as shown in the image below.

#11: Paste the Base ID
Go to the Airtable data source page on the builder and paste the copied ID in the field marked for Base ID.

Get the Table Name
#12: Copy the Table Name
Go back to the Airtable Spreadsheet and copy the name of the table whose data you want to transfer.

#13: Paste the Copied Name
Go to the Airtable data source page on the builder and paste the copied name in the field marked as Table Name.

Get the View Name
#14: Copy the View Name
Go to the Airtable Spreadsheet and edit the view name, for example “All Projects” as shown in the image below and copy the name.

#15: Paste the Copied View Name
Go to the Airtable data source page on the builder and paste the copied name in the field marked as View Name. Once all fields are filled, click the “Send Request” button.

#16: Click Map Data to Collection Button
As you click the button, the data transfer will begin as shown in the image below. Now, just click the “Map Data to Collection” button and scroll down.

Map the Fields
#17: Select the Collection & Start Mapping
Select the Collection in which you want to transfer the data and start mapping the fields. Once all the fields are mapped, click the “Save Setting” button.

Click the Refresh Icon
#18: Transfer Data by Clicking the Refresh Icon
Now as you click the button, you will be redirected to the Data Source page. Open the Airtable tab and you will see a new entry. Click the refresh icon, so all the data in the Airtable’s spreadsheet could transfer to the collection you chose.

#19: Open the Collection to Check the Transferred Data
Now open the collection in which you transferred the data. You will see all data in the Airtable’s spreadsheet is transferred into the collection successfully.
