Add Custom Security Settings in your Web App


1. Add Authentication in Your Project

Click "Add Authentication in your Application" button to incorporate custom security settings.

2. Choose Custom Security Settings

Select custom security settings option and click the proceed button.

3. Select Fields

Tick the boxes of the fields you want to add in the sign up form. Then, click the "Activate Authentication" button.

4. Add Collections

Add new collections if you want to create a database. You can also create collections later.

5. Edit Default Collections

We have already given two collections to store data related to sign up/login system.

  • Role This collection has a default field. But you can add more fields if you want.

  • User This collection also has default fields. But you can add more fields if you want.

6. Add Plugins

Add more plugins if you want. To find more about plugins, click here.

7: Proceed to the Builder

If you want to add plugins later, then click the "I Will Do It Later" button and proceed to the builder.

8. Go to the Builder

As you have completed all the basic steps, you it's time to dive into the web app building process.

So click the "Let's Start the Building Your App" button and land on the builder console.

You can also add authentication in your project by incorporating default security settings or custom security settings in your project.

9. Builder Console

So, Builder Console looks something like this (as shown in the image below). It is where all the app building action takes place.

10. Start Building
