Download All Records via External API Ignoring Pagination
In this video you will understand how to download all records from Data table via External APIs, ignoring pagination. Lets say there are 200 records matching the filters but only 10 are displayed on the data table at any point of time, and you want to download all 100 of then in the CSV in a single go, in such cases you can use this feature.
1. Enable all Records Download
In the Settings icon of the Data Table, choose/ click the Enable Download All Records option and Save.
2. Preview the Changes
Go to Preview and Reload the page. The records will reflect here. You can choose to display as many records as you need here. You can download the file(s) too in CSV format using the Download CSV button.
