Collection Item Default Fields
This feature allows you to create and edit tasks. You can view complete details of the tasks and create as many tasks as needed for you project.
1.Configuring a Field
To begin with create a collection. If you haven’t created your collection yet, Click Here
Then go to Configuration in the list of your records. This action will display all the records that have been created by you for the chosen collection. Then choose the Preview option to view the records on the page.
2. Create a Task
Click the Create New Task option on the left-hand-side. fill up the form with the relevant details of the task such as its name, due date. status and description and Submit. On submission a success message will appear on the screen to confirm the action.

3. View the Task
To view the task go back to the home page and refresh it. The newly added will reflect here. Then click the View button that will provide details such as the task ID, created at, updated at, created by, UUID and so on of the chosen task. You can copy the details from here.
4. Edit the Task
Now that you have all the details of the task you cna modify it too. For this choose the Edit button next to the task. The page that appears add details of what you need to edit and Update. The task will generate the UUID for this modified task too that you can check from the View option (as in the above step).
